With over 20 years’ experience in IT and customer support for major government agencies, local authorities and utility companies I feel I am in an excellent position to offer the same quality of service to small businesses and residential customers in the West Midlands.

As head of the business I quickly decided that one approach was to cut out the jargon, a typical example of this is our web site where we display what we offer up front without the need for pop-ups, cookies, acronyms, multiple link, adverts and stock images of people who don’t work for us.

My approach is to keep communicating, only offering solutions as a partner that can help you as a small business owner to concentrate on what you do best, running your business. For residential customers the key is often based on trust and a friendly approach, and I am certain that you will find both of these as well as sound technical advice.

Last but not least I want to help our more senior citizens who are sometimes seen as the most vulnerable in our society. I feel passionate about ensuring our senior citizens get the best protection from the scams that have been highlighted on TV and in the media, like most genuine people it makes me angry to hear of these incidents and the stories of victims of such crimes.
